  1. When will my order ship?
    • All orders will ship within 3 business days
  2. What is the cost of shipping?
    • Standard shipping rates for USPS or UPS will apply based on weight.  We will ship in the most cost effective manner.  The minimum shipping and handling cost is $ 7
    • Very fragile or higher end items will carry a higher shipping cost
    • For expedited shipping services, please call 609-377-5139.  Expedited shipping may be available for certain products
  3. What is your return policy?
    • All sales are final.  All products are inspected before shipped.  If an item arrives damaged or is damaged in transit we will work with the customer and carrier to remedy the issue
  4. Can I return items to the store?
    • All sales are final, if you have an item you would like to exchange for a different item, we have a 14 day in-store exchange policy which is conditional on the merchandise being in good and resalable condition.  Any difference would be for store credit only.  No exceptions.  You must have a return authorization before bringing any web orders back to the store.  Contact us at info@themerrygoldfinch.com to obtain a return authorization.
  5. What if I want to purchase something that I saw in the store but isn’t on the web?
    • Please contact us at 609-377-5139 to purchase any item you do not see on the web.  Our associates will be happy to assist you with a phone order and ensure your item is shipped.  The 3 business day shipping window and minimum $7 fee will still apply.   
    • Phone orders may be paid for by VISA, MC, DISCOVER, or AMEX
  6. Can I pick up my order at your store and save the shipping?
    • All orders placed on the web will be shipped.   If you would like to pick up an item in the store, please call 609-377-5139 to place a phone order.   We will ensure that your item will be available within 3 business days of your order and you will have 3 days to pick up the item from the time it is available in the store. Handling fees of $3.00 per day will apply and accrue after the three day pick up window has expired.   
  7. Is everything on your site available in the store?
    • Not all products on the site are in our store location.  Some items may be web only at the time they appear on the web.  
    • Not all products in the store are available for online orders based on supply.  We encourage our local customers to visit frequently as popular and one of a kind artisan items sell out quickly.
